Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Quality Engineer position with a great company located in the Bradenton, FL area.

Duties:
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of electronic components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions for electronic production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions to address non-conformities and quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and supply chain to identify and resolve quality-related problems.
• Utilize statistical tools and techniques for data analysis and process improvement.
• Lead quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to production personnel on quality-related topics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• years of experience in quality engineering within electronic production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and systems.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements (e.g., IPC standards).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
