Duties:

• Communicating with customers, agents, and adjustors to facilitate the handling of property and catastrophe insurance claims.
• Taking calls from policyholders, explaining processes for claim handling, and taking detailed messages for agents and claims personnel.
• Performing entry of data into databases and platforms.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 1 weekend day during the week; OT is available.
• Ability to quickly toggle between multiple screens; handling a phone call & data entry simultaneously.
• 3 years prior CSR experience in an office setting, clear speaking voice, computer skills, fast paced work environment.
• Skills test required (Word, Excel, Outlook, Data Entry & Typing) to determine qualifications.
• Background and drug test required.
• Must have a clear speaking voice. Bilingual a plus.
