Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Office Assistant position with a catastrophe company in the Bradenton, FL area. $17.00/hr

Duties Include:
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Accurately input data into our systems, maintain electronic and physical records, and ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including ordering supplies, arranging equipment repairs, and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments to facilitate smooth communication and cooperation within the organization.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work from 10am-3pm
