Technical Support Specialist I

Pay: $17-$19/hr

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)

Location: Wyomissing, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist I:

• Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems
• Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors
• Assist with planning and implementing new installations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Technical Support Specialist I:

• At least 2+ years of IT/help desk experience
• Experience with either Dell of HP computer systems required
• Excellent communication skills and working with others
