Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a local apartment complex. 

Job Duties: 

• Perform repairs and upgrades to keep the interior and exterior of the apartment community in great condition 
• Repair various plumbing and electrical systems 
• Paint and drywall repair 
• Communication with tenants about repair needs 
• Make apartments move in ready 

Job Experience/Skills Needed:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Maintenance experience 
• HVAC Certification 

Job Details:

• Will need to be available to be on call for evenings and weekends, every other week 
• This role will work independently on a variety of tasks but with have regular communication with tenants and staff 
• Pay is due on experience and certification
