Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Directly for a Customer Service Relations Rep position with an independent owned Insurance company located in the Lakewood Ranch, FL area. $45-55k/yr base salary plus commission.

Duties Include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for policyholders, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, including policy information, billing inquiries, claims processing, and coverage recommendations.
- Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence in the company''s database or CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products and services to existing customers based on their needs and preferences.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or insurance-related roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- 220 or 215 Insurance License preferred but NOT required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and online tools for data entry, document management, and customer correspondence.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers, build relationships, and provide exceptional service experiences.

Certifications:
- 215 or 220 Preferred but NOT required.
