Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Line Cook position with a very successful taco franchise company here located in the Sarasota, FL area.

Duties Include:
- Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and measuring ingredients.
- Cooking meals according to recipes or as directed by the chef.
- Operating kitchen equipment such as stoves, grills, ovens, and fryers.
- Monitoring food temperatures and ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of trash.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a similar role.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
