Express Employment Professionals is currently searching for a Sales and Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a company that is dedicated to the health of office spaces and the comfort of employees.  They are located in Dartmouth and are offering a salary starting at $40,000 per year, based on experience. 

 

Responsibilities:

•          Maintain a strong relationship with workplace consultants, vendors and customers
• Accurately process orders, vendor PO’s, work orders, etc.
• Assist sales team with preparation of quotations
• Efficiently resolve any potential issues with vendors or customers
• Ensure clients are billed properly

 

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in sales and project management
• Solid organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
• Post secondary education or five or more years of experience preferred

 

Our client offers:

• Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Salary of approximately $40,000 per year based on experience
