The primary mission of the Business Developer is to excel in lead generation and securing new business through a variety of sales and networking activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and sales skills, complemented by a proven track record of driving new business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities
• Conduct outside sales and in-person visits to build relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify key decision-makers and build relationships with them
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Work with our recruiting team to ensure that we can meet the staffing needs of our clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management is required. Proven success in generating new business through outside sales and cold calling is a must.
• Communication Skills: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, will be the foundation of your success.
• Independence: Your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively is key in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the staffing industry is a plus but not mandatory
