We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Admin to join our team.

Job Description:

The Sales Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and recruitment efforts. This position requires a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about helping others, enjoys engaging with people, and excels in a fast-paced & focused environment. The Sales Admin will be responsible for sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing databases, and coordinating appointments for our recruiters and owner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online sources and job boards to identify and source potential candidates. Make outbound calls to candidates for current positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Call candidates to book interviews and schedule them on the Outlook calendar.
  • Database Management: Use our database to follow up with candidates who have not booked an interview, and input all relevant information accurately.
  • Sales: Call prospective clients to book appointments for our recruiters and the owner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Database Management, Social Media, Internet and other computer applications.
  • Great Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience: No experience necessary, will train the right individual. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
