A prominent local company in the Bradenton/Sarasota area is in immediate need of Facility Maintenance Technicians.

Requirements:
• Must be able to use a variety of hand/power tools and electric meters while performing duties.
• Must comply with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Must be able to withstand working in a non-air conditioned workplace.
• Position requires rigorous standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing.
• Perform basic mathematical operations.
• Possess basic knowledge of machinery, plumbing, and electrical repair.

Duties:
• Install and maintain production machinery, such as pneumatic and hydraulic presses and automated saws.
• Maintain grounds and other factory equipment.
• Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production hours with minimal down time.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of production machinery.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines/equipment.
