Order Processor

Located in Westlake Village, CA

Salary: $20-$23/hr

Growing company immediately needs leadership in the Order Department to:

• Process orders received by sales reps or customers thru Magnum, email, phoned in
• Monitor "out of stock lists" with their key accounts
• Update the Label database once orders are printed, using the Zebra printer
• Double check all pricing, listed product, sizes, and quantities of items on order to the warehouse and on the invoices are correct
• Send final Manifest/ Weekly Shipper to trucking carriers by deadline
• Assembling proof of deliveries w/ original paper work a.k.a. PODS
• Assist Senior Management, entire sales staff, and warehouse staff with any and all requests.

You will be successful, if you are:

• Experienced with order fulfillment, order processing, data entry and/or customer service - account/project management
• Organized, pay attention to details, understand the importance of accuracy
• Strong time management skills and can prioritize work
• Team Player and career-minded
