Salary: $35 per hour

Express Employment is searching for a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Procuring materials and equipment
• Hiring and managing subcontractors and construction crews
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or delays
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction project manager, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
• OSHA certification preferred
