Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Work through lease agreements
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion
- Support property leasing efforts by preparing leasing documents and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure the property is well-maintained

Qualifications:

- Previous office experience required
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
