Property Manager is responsible for managing an 80-unit government subsidized, multi-family complex.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Receiving and Depositing rents and reconciling tenant legers, maintaining tenant records, conducting move-in/move-outs, quarterly inspections, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, among other property management duties.
