Salary: Up to $18 an hour (DOE)

Work Schedule: no specific schedule

Pay: $15.50 to $18.00 an hour

Location: Mililani, HI

 

You’d be great for the Service Representative role if you have the following:

·         Requires familiarity with group work processes, program and staff development, and proficiency in general management and communication.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

·         Must possess strong interpersonal skills, effective management and supervisory abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

·         Previous customer service experience is required.

·         Knowledge of program fiscal management is advantageous.

Education/Training:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, Child Abuse Prevention training, and other mandatory training within completion time frame.
• TB test required.
• Required completion of YMCA’s mandatory training modules for program staff within required timeframes and current upkeep of mandatory certifications required.
