Production Supervisor

 

Pay: $70,000-$80,000 k/year

Shift: 1st Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, 2nd Monday-Thursday 3pm-1:30am

 

Location: Leesport, PA 

 

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Prior theoretical and hands-on Assembly experience including but not limited to: interpreting prints, proper torque tooling use, use of measuring gauges/devices, hydraulic press experience
• Preparing work schedules and determining work procedures
• Expediting work flow and ensuring work is done safely and efficiently
• Providing supervision of 30-40 employees per shift
• Assisting subordinates with performing duties as needed

 

Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

• Prior theoretical and hands-on Assembly experience including but not limited to: interpreting prints, proper torque tooling use, use of measuring gauges/devices, hydraulic press experienc
• Excellent communicator and able to delegate when needed
• Organized and observant
• Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in the plastics industry is also required
