We are seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in construction with preferred experience in administration. The ideal candidate will be managing preconstruction tasks including prequalification forms, bid bonds, meetings, and site updates, as well as construction duties such as contract administration, project start-up, insurance certificates, bonds, and budget support.

Work Schedule: Full time hours, Mon-Fri, 7a-4:pm

Pay: $41k to $58k annually

Location: Mililani, HI

·         Working Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
