Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Temporary Assignment for a Abilene, KS company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Central Kansas  that have full-time, part-time, and temporary.  This is Temporary Job last a few months! 

Job Responsibilities:

•   Troubleshooting and repair of vehicles, electrical and gas-powered lifts, and all other types of rolling stock.
• • Perform periodic maintenance on all company vehicles and equipment.
  • Inspection of department rolling stock.
  • Order appropriate repair parts for company vehicles.

Requirements:

Technical

• Knowledge of electrical motor systems.
• Ability to perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Must possess a current forklift certification or be able to complete in house forklift training.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

 

Physical

• • Ability to frequently lift, carry, bend, stoop, and/or reach.
  • Ability to lift/carry 70 pounds occasionally (less than 33% of the time 1-100 times a day).
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the day.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather environments.
  • Physically capable of operating machinery and lift equipment.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment functional capacity test.
