Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for one of our clients. This part-time role involves making outbound calls to current and former clients, gathering information about damages to homes and property, and showing empathy throughout the calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to current and former clients.
- Ask questions to gather detailed information about home and property damages.
- Show understanding and empathy during calls.
- Perform light data entry during calls.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone voice and communication skills.
- Ability to ask questions and help clients provide detailed information.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in a phone call center is preferred.
- Must be able to work 3 days a week, with flexible days.
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay Rate: $16/hr
