Express Employment Professionals is looking for a CNC Lathe and Mill Programmer in Solon. 

CNC Lathe and Mill Programmer: $55k - $75k  / year 

CNC Lathe and Mill Programmer 

• ● Create CNC programs for 2 Mori Seiki Lathes, one with a barfeeder and a CMXV
      Mill using conversational or offline programming, ex. Mastercam
  ● Create documentation for CNC processes - tool lists, set-up sheets, diagrams,
      and pictures
  ● Ensure Set-up sheets are kept up to date
  ● Create process review via simulation as necessary
  ● Provide programming and training support to machinists

Experience Required:

• ● Experience in a manufacturing environment
  ● Functional knowledge of offline CAM programs, ex Mastercam
  ● Functional knowledge of calipers, tape measures, and measuring tools
  ● Functional knowledge of types of cutting tools
  ● Functional knowledge of tooling like face mills, end mills, index drills, reamers,
  axial and radial live tooling etc.
  ● Functional knowledge of cutter selection, speeds, feeds, chip load. Functional
  knowledge of IPM, MPM, IPR, SFPM
  ● Functional knowledge of blueprint reading.
  ● Functional knowledge of layout plans, engineering plans, drawings, and work
  instructions
  ● Ability to determine the program order of operations, types of tools, types of tools
  and speeds and feeds
  ● Functional knowledge of machining different metal types
  ● Working knowledge of CNC lathes and vertical machining centers
