Salary: $18.50

We are seeking an Equipment Packer for an airline catering company near LAX.  The Equipment Packer will work in a cold kitchen environment and will be responsible for packing and setting up trays with prepared food items.

Hours:  Various shifts available.

Pay:  $18.50/hr (daily lunch provided)

Responsibilities of an Equipment Packer:

• Load carts and trolleys with platters, dishes, utensils, and containers
• Perform proper packaging and storing based on safety requirements and customer''s instructions
• Follow all process control documentation
• Follow all food safety, health and safety, company rules and standards

Requirements for an Equipment Packer:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work at a quick pace with high efficiency
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Good knowledge of HACCP is an asset (training will be provided)
• Attendance, diligence, punctuality, reliability is a must
