Express Employment Professionals is currently partnering with a concrete product company in Lockport, NY to find experienced Quality Technicians!

 

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm/4:30pm Monday-Friday

 

Payrate: $19/hr

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs pre and post-pour inspections to ensure molds are set up to specifications
• Monitors general quality throughout curing process including steaming and recording temperatures
• Inspects for any crack damage and correct accordingly
• May assist with loading (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• Take and test raw materials and core samples to ensure proper mix and required properties
• Prepare and update quality records including material certifications, certification of delivery and an internal quality checklist

Qualifications:

• 3 years of applicable experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good math and measuring skills
• Decent computer skills - must be able to use MS Office and similar applications
