We are looking for a Maintenance /Facilities person for our client in Chappaqua NY. 

Want to be our newest team member? You should have the ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

The goal is to maintain and keep the premises of buildings in clean and orderly condition

Housekeeper Job Highlights:
• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area
• Replenishes bathroom supplies
• Cuts and trims grass, and shovels snow
What We Look for in Housekeepers:
• Proven experience as a Janitor
• A focus on guests and friendly attitude
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree
