Position Overview: Assisting with building a beautiful property in Napa! 
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Read and Interpret Blueprints: Analyze blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to understand the requirements and plan the work accordingly.
• Measure and Cut Materials: Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials to the required sizes using hand and power tools.
• Install Structures and Fixtures: Install frameworks, partitions, joists, rafters, drywall, cabinets, shelves, doors, windows, and other fixtures.
• Repair and Maintain: Repair and replace damaged or worn-out structures and fixtures, ensuring they are safe and functional.
• Assemble and Join: Assemble and join materials to construct frameworks or props using screws, nails, dowels, and adhesives.
• Finish Carpentry: Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, varnishing, and painting to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
• Inspect and Evaluate: Inspect work sites, materials, and tools to identify any potential issues or hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other construction professionals, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain Tools and Equipment: Regularly clean, sharpen, and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Pay is $25.00 - $30.00 hour DOE
