Accounts Receivable

Located in Schofield, WI

Salary: $18.00+

We are looking to fill an Accounts Receivable position for our client! The associate will manage and record incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will also handle invoicing, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities: 

• Notify customers of delinquent accounts via mail, telephone, or personal visits and try to collect account payments.
• Monitor overdue accounts and record financial status of customers and collection efforts.
• Advise customers of actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Notify credit departments, order merchandise repossession or service disconnection, and turn over accounts to attorneys when customers fail to respond to collection attempts.
• Trace delinquent customers to new address by inquiring at post offices, credit bureaus, phone companies, or neighbors.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, updating account information, purging records, writing reports, etc.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Highschool diploma/ GED required.
• Must have Quickbooks and accounts receivable experience.

Schedule:

• 1st shift
• Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: 

• $18.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
