Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury, Mn is seeking SKILLED Press Brake Set Up-Operators for a growing company in the East Metro!

 

Pay: $20-36 per hour, DOE

Schedule: Various Schedules available

• 1st shift: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday - Friday
• 1st shift: 5:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday
• 2nd shift 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm Monday - Friday
• 2nd shift 3:15 pm to 1:45 am Monday - Thursday

**Responsibilities:**
- Set up and operate Cincinnati brake press machines.
- Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations, including custom punch/die tooling used in combination with standard tooling.
- Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake, such as bending at angles, offset bends, proper back gauge transfers between steps, delays, etc.
- Perform mathematical calculations and measure part dimensions using a variety of instruments such as calipers, protractors, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, etc.
- Read and understand blueprints and translate flat sheet metal parts into fully formed parts.

 

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in setting up and operating Cincinnati brake press machines.
- Strong ability to prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations.
- Proficient in complex programming for press brakes.
- Excellent math skills and experience with measuring part dimensions using various instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Cincinnati brake press machines & strong background in metal forming operations.
