Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. A successful FOC will be detail-oriented, personable, and outgoing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making a difference and wants to continue to grow professionally!
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls on multi-line phone system
- Greet and provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone
- File and enter paperwork with a high attention to detail
- Run reports and share with the team
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in a service-oriented position required
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required
- Must be personable, warm, and welcoming to all guests, clients, visitors, etc.
- Ideal candidate will have 1 year working in a professional or office environment
- All candidates must have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be resourceful when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Schedule/Pay:
- Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- PT flexibility available for the right candidate
- Pay $16.00 per hour
