A local business in Sarnia is looking to add a RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker to their growing company. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Valid RIBO License
  • A strong background in the insurance sales industry is required
  • Proficient knowledge of Power Broker software and MS Office Suites
  • Must have superior customer service skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new insurance customers
  • Meet both in person and over the phone to discuss policy changes and coverages
  • Work with customers to identify the best coverages and pricing for their insurance needs
  • Provide quotes for policy prices in a prompt manner
  • Manage customer's insurance policies, including claims and renewals
  • Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons for clients, explaining the benefits and limitations of each option
  • Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in compliance with company policies
  • Adhere to all insurance industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring ethical and transparent practices
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards
