Our client has designed, fabricated and installed fencing for years throughout the New England area for residential homes, commercial businesses, municipalities, as well as state and federal agencies. They are growing and need to hire an experienced Welder for their production team.
Will be responsible for fabricating custom metal products including products and materials such as but not limited to fence panels, gates, posts, and other unique materials and products. The use of various welding tools, power tools, and other tools as required.Qualifications:Proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniquesExperience with MIG and TIG weldingAbility to operate power tools and hand tools effectivelyFamiliarity with construction sites and working with sheet metalStrong mathematical skills for accurate measurementsCertification in welding or relevant field is a plus
Fulltime, 40-45 hours/week. 1st shift. Pay is $20-30/hour, DOE.
