Pay Rate: $21 - $25 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials

Job Description:

We are seeking a Line Lead Manufacturing Technician to join our team in East Mesa. The ideal candidate will lead a crew of 5-8 team members in the production of automotive parts, ensuring that production goals are met and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of 5-8 production workers.
• Set the pace for production and ensure the team meets daily targets.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
• Monitor and maintain production line efficiency.
• Perform line work alongside team members as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive parts.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
