Utility Maintenance Supervisor- Direct Hire

Our client that specializes in facility services is looking to add a Utility Maintenance Supervisor to their team. The ideal candidate is an experienced and organized professional adept at supervising and scheduling facility maintenance activities, providing customer updates, conducting meetings, completing diverse repair tasks, and performing preventive maintenance and inspections. This is a DIRECT HIRE position.

What you’ll be doing as a Utility Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise, schedule, delegate, and implement facility maintenance activities.
•  Work with customers to provide maintenance reporting and updates as needed.
• Conduct team meetings, shift start meetings, and safety meetings.
• Complete maintenance service orders, including drywall repair, masonry repair, carpentry repair, painting, furniture repair, light electrical, light plumbing, light appliance repair, and light HVAC.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of grounds, trash and recycling removal, and cleaning of dumpster areas.

What you’ll need to succeed as a Utility Maintenance Supervisor

• 5+ years of commercial building maintenance required
•  Previous supervision experience required
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• $52,000- $54,000 annually
• Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Ann Arbor, MI 48105
