Position Summary: 

In this role you are responsible for general plant maintenance and troubleshooting production equipment when required including supporting all production and non-production operations.

 

 

Essential Functions for the Maintenance Technician Position include:

 

 

• Read and Understand Written Procedures
• Read and Understand Mechanical Drawings (intermediate skill level)
• Read and Understand Electrical Schematics (intermediate skill level)
• Use MICROSOFT Software Word & Excel (intermediate skill level)
• Use current email system software (intermediate skill level)
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance equipment schedules
• Maintain Metering Machines and Molding Table Components
• Follow and Maintain Preventive Maintenance Program

Requirements for the Maintenance Technician position include:

 

• Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions
• Working knowledge of production/package machinery
• Primary maintenance functions are listed as follows: Electricity, Electronics/PLC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Machine Shop, Millwright, Welding, Boilers, Refrigeration, and Pneumatics/Hydraulics.
