Clinical Housing Program Team Leader

An organization in Ann Arbor, MI serving Veterans and people who have disabilities is looking for a Program Team Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, and communicative professional adept at managing supportive services programs, maintaining positive relationships with community partners and property managers, and making critical participant service decisions.

What you’ll be doing as the Clinical Housing Program Team Leader

• Maintain positive relationships with community partners, funding sources, MAP-owned properties, property managers, and other supportive service agencies.
• Plan, implement, and support the operation of supportive services programs.
•  Coordinate closely with property managers and other supportive service agencies.
•  Make final decisions regarding the admission, continuation, and termination of participant services as appropriate.

What we look for in a Clinical Housing Program Team Leader

• 5 years of collective experience in the mental health field, substance use disorder field, and/or homeless arena (required)
• 3 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s in social work, counseling or relevant human services field (required)

Additional information for the Clinical Housing Program Team Leader

•  $55,000-$60,000 annually
•  Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Ann Arbor, MI 48108
