**Job Title:** Landscaper

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including planting, mulching, lawn care, and general maintenance to ensure our landscapes are visually appealing and healthy.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Planting and Maintenance:**
  - Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to design plans.
  - Perform regular maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming, and weeding to maintain plant health and appearance.
  - Apply mulch, fertilizers, and pesticides as needed to promote plant growth and prevent pests.

- **Lawn Care:**
  - Mow, edge, and aerate lawns to keep them in pristine condition.
  - Water lawns, trees, and plants to ensure adequate hydration.
  - Apply seed, sod, and other lawn treatments to establish and maintain healthy grass.

- **General Maintenance:**
  - Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, including removing debris and litter.
  - Repair and install hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls.
  - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- **Design and Planning:**
  - Collaborate with clients and team members to develop landscaping plans and designs.
  - Assist in selecting appropriate plants and materials for landscaping projects.
  - Provide recommendations for landscape improvements and enhancements.

- **Safety and Compliance:**
  - Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  - Comply with local regulations and standards related to landscaping and horticulture.
  - Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
