Position: Bakery Maintenance Mechanic

Position Type: Evaluation-To-Hire

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm (OT as needed)

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $31.00/HR (DOE)

Job Duties:

Completing preventive maintenance tasks on time to prevent disruptions in operations.
Responding to equipment issues promptly to ensure machinery is functioning properly at all times.
Troubleshooting and making adjustments, including electrical motor replacements .
Reading and understanding blueprints, electrical schematics, parts diagrams, and operation manuals to carry out repairs.
Troubleshooting problems within a range of voltage (24-480 volts) and utilizing knowledge of PLCs.

Skills Required:

Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, electrical schematics, parts diagrams, and operation manuals.
Proficiency in troubleshooting problems across a range of voltage (24-480 volts).
Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
1-3+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
