Position: Structural Welder – Contract to Hire

Location: Henderson, CO

Salary: $25.00/HR - $32.00/HR + Shift Differential

Schedule Options:

• 1^st Shift: Mon-Thurs 4:00AM-2:30PM
• 2^nd Shift: Mon-Thurs 2:30PM-1:00AM (+$2.00 shift differential)
• Fri-Sun 4:00AM-4:30PM (+$3.50 shift differential)

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications
• Operate machinery to cut, fit, weld, and assemble fabricated metal products
• Fabricate and assemble structural components like stairs, railings, beams, columns, etc.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements
• Handle and manage materials efficiently, following safety protocols
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. frequently

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in welding – required
• Ability to pass 3G FCAW plate weld test – required
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen
• Stainless & Aluminum welding experience – preferred
• Rail Fitting experience – preferred
• Coding requirements – preferred
