Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Location: Springfield, Oregon

Salary: Starting at $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of solid MIG welding experience and the ability to read blueprints. This role involves working with mild steel in an industrial indoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Use grinders, drill presses, and other tools to complete tasks.
• Perform fitting tasks to prepare materials for welding.
• Maintain a focus on accuracy and precision in all work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with fitting and using grinders and drill presses.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in an industrial indoor environment.
