Job Duties:
•Leading and Managing the on-site masonry team.
•Attending all onsite meetings as necessary.
•Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these.
•Ensuring quality standards are met.
•Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
•Monitoring and ensuring onsite safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
Job Qualifications:
•3 - 5 years of construction foreman experience.
•Masonary Experience would be a plus.
•Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction documents.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
•Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
