Salary: 15.00+ DOE
We are currently searching for candidates with Diesel mechanic experience for a position at a local Springfield company, but would accept someone that has auto mechanic experience to help with changing oil and checking fluids and train them on diesel specific duties. We are looking for candidates that are able to answer technical questions from customers via multiple sources, support and build relationship with customers, sales reps, and distributors via multiple forms of communication and documentation. Applicants must also be able to use and test proprietary in-house software for multiple reasons.
Other duties include:
- Quote electric floor warming systems using proprietary software
- Design & quote hydronic heating/snowmelt systems using proprietary software
- Generate mat and tubing layouts for hydronic jobs using AutoCAD
- Design custom mechanical pumping panels for hydronic radiant and snowmelt applications
- Process custom panels if panel sells
- Aid in the testing process for in-house design software
- Look up part numbers, availability, and other data in the ERP system
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay Range: $15+ Based on Experience
Schedule: M-F 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
