Maintenance Technician
Located in Bremerton, WA
Salary: $21.00
Overview: Local organization looking for experienced plumber to help them out for 5 weeks in the Bremerton at multiple properties
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Installs and upgrades fixtures, such as sinks and toilets
- Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
- Assembles fittings and valves for installation
- Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Installation of Hot Water Heater
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 Years Plumbing and Carpentry experience
- Ability to Analyze problem and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair
- General knowledge of all trade tools, equipment, materials and techniques used in residential and commercial building trades preferred.
- Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds.
- This position also requires close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Some responsibilities may be near moving mechanical parts and exposed fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, risk of electrical shock and vibration.
Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Pay:
$21+DOE
