$19-$21.09/hour depending on shift 

Days: Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:30pm, 30 Min Lunch

Swing: M-TH 10, 3:20pm-1:50am, 30 Min Lunch
Weekend: F-SU 12, 5am-5:30pm, 30 Min Lunch

Duties and Responsibilities:
Subassembly Tasks: Work under a trainer to perform routine tasks such as assembling feet, electrical panels, bin assemblies, and task lights.
Parts Handling: Pull parts from inventory and operate hand tools and equipment on a variety of large and small parts.
Following Instructions: Routinely follow work instructions, interpret test procedures, and troubleshoot and repair parts when necessary, escalating issues to the Supervisor as needed.

Quality and Safety:

Achieve and maintain quality and productivity standards while adhering to safety guidelines. Ensure you do not pose a risk to yourself or others.
Dependability: Maintain an acceptable level of dependability.
Minimum Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English with the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Basic Computer Skills: Demonstrate basic computer skills.
Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, some fractions, and effectively read a ruler.
Manual Dexterity: Demonstrated manual dexterity required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience preferred but not required.
