We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English and proficient with computer systems. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions from our range of products/services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as needed.
