Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer for a direct-hire opportunity located in Orlando!

Position Details:

• Pay Range - $150,000/year - $160,000/year (Depending on skills and experience)
• Schedule - Monday - Friday - 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Direct Hire

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
• Defining marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
• Design and improve marketing campaigns for each aspect of our company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role.
• 5+ years of CPG Marketing experience.
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

Travel Requirements:

• MUST be able to attend tradeshows. There will be multiple tradeshows around the US each year—10-15% travel.
