We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of CNC milling machines and contributing to the timely completion of high-quality products.

 

Responsibilities:

• Machine Set-Up: Perform machine set-ups according to provided specifications, including loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and configuring machine parameters for optimal performance.
• CNC Milling Operations: Operate and monitor CNC milling machines during production runs, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and accuracy.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet the required tolerances and specifications. Identify and address any deviations or issues promptly.
• Production Support: Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to help move production forward, ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on CNC milling machines to keep them in excellent working condition. Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues that may arise during operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials. Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

 

Skills/Experience Required:

• Prior CNC Mill Experience: Demonstrated experience operating CNC milling machines is essential. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of machine operations, tooling, and programming.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, particularly in CNC milling processes, will be advantageous.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring tools and gauges to verify product dimensions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying and resolving issues that may arise during machine operation or production processes.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in monitoring and ensuring the quality of machined parts, with a keen eye for precision.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Safety Consciousness: Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
