Salary: 17.00/hr.

Express Employment Professionals is looking for Property Maintenance workers for a company located in Amherst, NY. 

Pay Rate: $17/hr. + BOE 

Shift: 1st shift, occasional nights and weekends required 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards/ 
• Assist with landscaping duties. 
• Assist with the turnover process of vacant units, including cleaning, painting and minor repairs. 
• Assist with garbage removal and moving furniture and equipment as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred. 
• Basic knowledge of plumbing/electrical/carpentry/general maintenance techniques.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. 
• Able to lift heavy objects (up to 75lbs).
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Be ok with working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Able to stand/walk/reach/kneel/climb/lift heavy furniture throughout shift.
• Willing to drive to each job site.
