We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Manager to oversee and coordinate daily shipping and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processes and supervise a team to meet customer demands.

Duties:

- Coordinate and oversee all shipping activities

- Supervise and lead a team of shipping personnel

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records

- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance

- Optimize shipping procedures to maximize efficiency

- Resolve issues regarding shipped orders

- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations

Skills:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary

- Knowledge of logistics, e-commerce, and materials handling

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations for a safe work environment

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues

- Experience in warehouse management and distribution center operations
