Responsibilities:

• Engage with local businesses to understand their staffing needs and present solutions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Conduct high-volume sales calls, set appointments, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage key meetings and respond to RFPs effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities in our proprietary database.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Self-starter who can take direction, is eager to learn, and passionate about people.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Management, or Public Relations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of B2B Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or Digital Marketing experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong MS Office skills and exceptional communication abilities.
• Ability to see beyond a problem, respond intelligently to situations, and maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in presentations; must be able to convey information compellingly and in an organized manner.
• Strong sense of urgency and professionalism.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Prior staffing industry and local market experience is a definite asset.
• Competitive and energetic spirit, agile, sales and team target driven.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 plus Commission and Bonuses
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
