Packer - 1st Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking Packers to join our team for a busy season project. This is a contract position with the potential for growth. The ideal candidates will have previous production experience, a strong desire to deliver quality work, and exceptional attention to detail.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $17 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Location: In Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production, packaging, stock picking, and sorting tasks.
• Read packaging instructions and follow them accurately.
• Count and verify items against order receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Use a handheld tape dispenser to seal boxes and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.

Qualifications:

• Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to read SKUs against order receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Desire to deliver quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Clear criminal background check and solid work references required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
