Below is an overview of the Telephone Operator role:
  • Operates the telecommunications for the hospital to include staff, patients, and etc.
  • Monitors a 500 emergency line, nurse call system fire alarm system, and paging system for announcements
  • Maintain patient census list

You''d be great if you have the following: 

  • 1-2 years of call center, telephone operating experience
  • 1-2 years of data entry/admin experience
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Vaccination and a 2-Step TB clearance is required
